There are no plan or rate changes for the 2023/2024 benefits plan year.
The way you access information and enroll for 2023 Open Enrollment will be different. You’ll enroll in a new online system, Benefitplace, which will simplify and optimize your retiree benefits enrollment and maintenance experience by providing mobile-friendly online access to enroll or make changes. Log in instructions and more information will be mailed to you and will be available online. You’ll have step-by-step instructions, quick reference guides and informational videos available to help guide you through this transition. In addition, we will be holding webinar sessions to provide you with a walkthrough of the new Benefitplace system.
