HFRRF Trustee Election Update……

It has been brought to our attention that several active firefighters have not received ballots and voting instructions in the mail.  We contacted Election Services Corp (ESC), the election administrator, for assistance.

If you are an ACTIVE Member and have not received your ballot, here is what you need to do:

  1.  Call 1-866-720-4357    OR    email HFRRFHelp@electionservicescorp.com
  2.  To vote by mail, request a new paper ballot be mailed to you
  3.  To vote by phone, request the phone number and your validation number
  4.  To vote online, request the URL (website address) and your validation number

DEADLINE:  All ballots must be received via phone, online or mail at ESC by Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 4:00PM (CT).
