Social Event Rental Information

12-hour rental

Rates are based on 12-hour period ending no later than 2am. Our 6,030 sq ft ballroom will accommodate 400 guests at round tables with a DJ and dance floor.

Prices below include tables, chairs, 6 gold chivari chairs for head table, dance floor, staging, and 4 high boys with spandex, set to an approved floorplan. Rental includes an event coordinator during the planning stage, as well as an event captain and monitor on event day. We also have a list of preferred vendors that offer exclusive packages for G&L clients.

Complimentary black or white linen tablecloths and black skirting are provided on up to nine rectangular tables for registration/guest book, head table, bar, DJ, gifts, buffet, etc. LINENS FOR 60” ROUND TABLES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
