RE: Position X (Ten) Run-off Election (OFFICIAL RESULTS)
Pursuant to Section II, 6.02 of the Fund’s Policies and Procedures Manual, every third year beginning with 1997, the retired members of the Houston Firefighters’ Relief and Retirement Fund with at least 20 years of participation in the Fund shall elect by ballot a retired member with at least 20 years of participation in the Fund to serve in the retired firefighter Trustee position. This Trustee shall serve a three (3) year term. This election should be completed before the January Board meeting.
The official results of the run-off election for Trustee Position X (Ten) are as follows:

Retired member Francis (Frank) X. Maher has been elected to Position X (Ten) on the Houston Firefighters' Relief and Retirement Fund's Board of Trustees and will hold office beginning January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2012.
