The Vantagepoint Memorial Scholarship Program The ICMA Retirement Corporation has established the Vantagepoint Public Employee Memorial Scholarship Fund to assist children and/or spouses of deceased public employees who died in the line of duty, and who plan to continue education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.
