The Vantagepoint Memorial Scholarship Program The ICMA Retirement Corporation has established the Vantagepoint Public Employee Memorial ScholarshipFund to assist children and/or spouses of deceased public employees who died in the line of duty, andwho plan to continue education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.
